Behind every successful logistics company is a story of persistence, clear decisions and the courage to focus on what truly matters.
Lusine Sardaryan, the founder behind LUSAR, has built one of Armenia’s leading private logistics companies. Today, LUSAR employs around 50 people and generates an annual revenue of approximately USD 20 million. But the path to this achievement was not always straightforward.
In 2020, following the closure of her tourism company, Lusine decided to open a beauty salon in the available space. However, she had little experience in the beauty sector and could not give the business the time and attention it required.
The result was a loss of USD 50,000.
Rather than continuing to invest energy in a business outside her expertise, Lusine made a difficult but important decision: she accepted the loss, closed the salon and returned her full focus to logistics.
This decision became a turning point.
Lusine’s story is a powerful reminder for entrepreneurs and logistics leaders: growth does not always come from doing more. Sometimes, it comes from identifying what is not working, letting it go and concentrating fully on the business where you can create the greatest value.
By focusing on its core strengths, LUSAR continued to grow into one of Armenia’s most recognised logistics companies.
In the freight forwarding industry, where trust, operational expertise and long-term relationships are essential, clarity of focus can make all the difference. Building a strong logistics company requires more than ambition; it requires the discipline to prioritise the right opportunities.
At Cargo Power Network, we believe that strong networks are built by passionate logistics professionals who understand their markets and continuously invest in their core business.
LUSAR’s journey shows that setbacks do not define a company. The ability to make a clear decision, learn from experience and move forward with stronger focus does.
As the global logistics industry continues to evolve, stories like this inspire us to stay focused, build meaningful partnerships and create sustainable growth across borders.
